Returns Policy
NATURE DOG PTY. LTD requests that you inspect your delivery carefully and where possible while our driver is present. If our product arrives damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered we will gladly accept the return of the goods. If this occurs you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods, provide photo evidence for verification and ensure the goods remain frozen and in the condition they arrived in.
NATURE DOG PTY. LTD will then contact you to arrange the return or collection of the goods. Once goods are received by NATURE DOG PTY. LTD they will be inspected and assessment will be made as
to whether the items are replaced or a credit or refund to the value of the purchase price, excluding delivery charges, will be made. You will be notified of the outcome of the inspection and assessment within five (5) working days. Replacement items, credits or refunds will be processed within ten (10) working days of notification of the outcome.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges due to change of mind OR if your dog does not like a product. We suggest you order small amounts of product for your dog to try before placing a volume order.

Out of Stock
NATURE DOG PTY. LTD will endeavour to supply all goods that you order. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “stocked” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you and advise you of the lead time to fulfill the item(s). If this time frame is not satisfactory, you will be given the option to either change to a similar product (price difference may apply) or cancel the item and refund will be processed.

LTD aims to include in the Shop up-to-date pictures of the goods. At times, the picture of the goods in the Shop may differ slightly from the goods supplied to you.
